Trout Tail # 1

The Trout Trail was my 1st geocache loop, and is a loop of 8 caches. It was put out on the 11th of June 2011, and still remains today.
Below is part of the description for Trout Trail #1:

This cache is roughly 15 metres from the path, and about 100 metres from the car park.
Unfortunately this trail is not wheelchair accessible. Sorry.
Didn't find it

This walk is about 1.5km long, and there are a total of 8 geocaches in a loop. There are 4 micro caches, and 4 small caches. It takes about an hour to walk the whole loop.

On this loop you will walk past a trout farm (hence the name of the loop ), and you will cross
a railway, and walk in the woodland.

*There are NO caches placed near the railway, as it could be dangerous, so please do not look there.*

The walk is relatively flat, though there are a few steep climbs to reach some of the geocaches.
*If you are unlikely to be able to do the steep climbs to retrieve some of the geocaches, feel free to send me a message, and I will tell you the clues so that you will still be able to get the puzzle cache
Found it*

There are pencils in all the small caches, but there are no pens or pencils in the micro caches, so please bring your own pen.

The final cache (#8) is a puzzle cache. To work it out there are numbers=letters (e.g. f=2). Note these down as you go along, and then you can find no.8. For more information, look at Trout Trail #8.
